New Workshop: Pack a blood sugar-balancing lunch for school or work!

Lunch Time Meal Planning

Every week I support my clients in meal planning and packing lunches is 1/3 of that work. It doesn't have to be fancy, but there are good, simple strategies for keeping ourselves and our kids well-fed when we are away from home so our blood sugar is stable, our energy stays up and we are ready to learn, work and play. Packing a good blood sugar-balancing lunch also reduces nighttime over-eating.

My New Workshop: Lunch time! Make a blood sugar-balancing lunch for school or work.

On Tuesday, August 23rd at 6 pm pst I will be hosting my new workshop: Lunch time! Make a blood sugar-balancing lunch for school or work. During my workshop, I'll share some nutrition basics, then we'll dive into the practicalities and brainstorm together on how to shop, prep, and package our lunches. I’ll also include a list of lunch ideas you can use like a menu - just pick and choose. We'll use some existing Pinterest boards I have and build off them so you'll have continued access to this resource.

Register with the link below and be sure to download the materials ahead of time when you register. By registering, you will be given the link to the Zoom meeting, links to my FREE meal planning and nutrition handout, links to the Pinterest boards we'll be building and we'll be sure to send you a replay of the webinar. See you on the 23rd!
